Taliesin Hillside Rug Coasters
In the 1930s Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin Fellowship created a rug in four segments, each depicting a different season at Taliesin. The rug was to be made of natural dyed wool. Though never finished, the one completed section of the rug is now used as a curtain for the music closet in the Hillside Theatre in Spring Green, Wisconsin.
Each coaster is backed with cork to prevent scratching and leaking
